Nursery
Co-op Class Options

Nursery - 1st Period

Ages 2 and under need to have a parent with them in the nursery, unless someone else is designated to be their caregiver.  We have designated a mom to be in charge each hour.  We have two wonderful spaces for babies and toddlers, with baby beds, changing tables, toys, etc.

Co-op Class Options

Bible Heroes/Snack (K4-K5)- 1st Period

Object lessons are a tool for teaching children about the Bible. These lessons use everyday objects to help bring the Bible to life and make it relevant to the child’s world.

 

Fee: $3

Gymnastics (all ages) - 1st Period

We will rotate between beam, bars, floor, and some rhythmic gymnastics also.

 

Fee: $12

Outside Play/ABC Chalk Fun (K3-K5) - 2nd Period

In this class, we will be learning the alphabet with chalk.  We will also be spending time on the playground or in the gym.

 

 

Fee: $5

Exploring Our Surroundings (K3-K5) - 3rd Period

We will study a different subject every week telling about us in our world.  We will read a book and color a picture about each subject. 

 

Fee: $3

Story & Craft (K3-K5) - 4th Period

We will read a children’s book and do a correlating craft each week.

Lower Elementary (1st-3rd Grades)
Co-op Class Options

Edible Math (1st-3rd Grade) - 1st Period

A fun math class where we will explore simple math concepts using snacks and candies.

 

Fee: $10

Gymnastics (all ages) - 1st Period

We will rotate between beam, bars, floor, and some rhythmic gymnastics also.

 

Fee: $12

Soccer (3rd-5th) - 1st Period

Learn the basics of soccer! We will do drills, learn soccer lingo, and scrimmage!  Kids must have shin guards and a soccer ball.  Cleats are optional.

 

 

Fee: $10

Chess Club (1st-3rd Grade) - 2nd Period

Exploring the wonderful games of chess from its history to mastering its skills and strategies.

 

 

Fee: $7

National Parks (1st-3rd Grade) - 2nd Period

This unit will take you on a road trip from sea to shining sea as we explore some of the most incredible national parks of North America.

 

Fee: $10

My Body (1st-3rd Grade) - 3rd Period

We will be learning about the amazing systems and organs that make up the human body.  The kids will be making a life-sized, multi-layered model of the human body and learning about, coloring, and adding in each of the systems.

Games (1st-3rd Grade) - 3rd Period

Learning and Playing!  Classic games we grew up with and new games from today!

 

Fee: $10

Inventions (3rd-6th) - 3rd Period

Join us as we explore 10 remarkable inventors and scientists who changed the world in a significant way by using their God-given talents and opportunities.  

 

 

Fee: $10

Zoology (1st-3rd Grade) - 4th Period

In this class, we will learn about different animals around the world!  We will learn interesting facts, how to feed and care for animals, as well as learning about marine and exotic animals.

 

Fee: $10

Lego Club (1st-3rd Grade) - 4th Period

Building while learning!  Theme builds, science concept builds,  collaborative and competitive builds, some free building.

 

Fee: $10

Flag Football and More (3rd-6th) - 4th Period

In this class, we will learn the basics of flag football.  We will stretch, run drills, and play scrimmages.  Sometimes, dependent on attendance and weather, we will play some different sports, such as kickball, baseball, and tether ball. Please get a mouthpiece (Walmart has basic ones for under $10) and a water bottle to bring with you for each class.

Upper Elementary (4th-6th Grades)
Co-op Class Options

Science: Living Healthy (4th-6th) - 1st Period

Masterbook’s Living Healthy health course prepares students spiritually and academically for a great purpose. This course uses the Charlotte Mason homeschool style to gently introduce fitness, serving sizes, superfoods, vitamins, immune system, food safety and much more. Please let us know if your child has any food allergies, since we will have food in class.

We will be learning several art techniques using a variety of media:  graphite, charcoal, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, etc.

Liberty Kids: American History (4th-6th) - 2nd Period

Join us for an exciting adventure through American History! We will be using the Liberty Kids as our guide to explore and learn all about how America came to be. From the Boston Tea Party, Paul Revere, to Bunker Hill. This will be an interactive class where the kids will have opportunities to earn tickets during class and completing their (optional) homework. At the end of the semester, they can turn their tickets in for some goodies!

This class will challenge students to think about and apply God’s Word with an interactive Bible story, review, memory work, maps, a timeline and engaging application activities.  We will also study a few hymns!

Games, Games, & More Games! (4th-6th) - 3rd Period

Our games class is a laid back place for kids to have fun and hang out.  We have several different kinds of table top games for them to choose from– everything from classics, like “Guess Who” and Battleship to new games like Catan Jr and Forbidden Island.  This is a great class to introduce kids to different kinds of games.  If your child likes playing games and having fun, this is the class for you!

This will be a fun laid-back class that allows the kids to hang out and play basketball.  We will go over the rules of basketball and then they will be free to play!  This will be of an exercise PE class versus competitive basketball.

Games, Games, & More Games! (7th-12th) - 4th Period

Our games class is a laid back place for the kids to have fun and hang out. We will do several different kinds of games depending on the day.  Some examples are: table top/board games, pool, ping pong, basketball, foosball, kick ball and more!  If your child likes to play different kinds of games and have fun, this class is for you!
