I have read all documents associated with MBCA including: Commitment and Cooperation, Volunteering at MBCA, Legal, Teacher Expectations, Code of Conduct, Dress Code Guidelines and Statement of Faith. I have reviewed all information with my children who will be attending MBCA CO-OP and events. We pledge to follow all rules and guidelines listed in these documents. I release Mobile Bay Christian Academy, Catherine Chambers, Daniel Chambers, Brandy Edmonds and Crawford Baptist Church from all liability for myself and all children and adults listed in my family registration.
