We believe in the divine, triune God-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Gen. 1:26, Matt. 3:16-17, John 14:16-17, Eph. 4:4-6, 2 Cor. 1:21-22).

We believe that God created all things in heaven and on earth for His own glory, before Adam and Eve committed the first sin of rebellion against their Creator.  Despite this fact, God, “being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses (Eph. 2:4-5), promised He would reconcile all things through a Savior-His Son, Christ Jesus (Gen. 1).

We believe the Word became flesh (John 1) in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 2) who led a sinless life as both God and man (Col. 2:9), before taking the penalty we deserved on the cross, satisfying the wrath of God against sin (John 19:30). We believe that salvation is in Christ alone, by grace alone, through faith alone (Eph. 2:8-9).

We believe the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples after the ascension of Christ (Acts 2), and that He lives in the hearts of believers today as a seal of salvation (Eph. 1:13) and to minister the goodness and kindness of Christ to us (John 14: 15-26).

We believe that the Bible is the inerrant, inspired, true Word of God (2 Tim. 3:16-17) given to multiple authors for the purpose of sharing the gospel throughout all generations (Matt. 28:16-20).

We believe that God created men and women, equally, with distinct purposes, to build one another up (1 Thes. 5:11), for the purpose of obeying the creation command to “be fruitful and multiply” (Gen. 1:28). We believe marriage is between one man and one woman (1 Cor. 7:2) who are to submit to one another in hopes of reflecting the gospel in their everyday lives (Eph. 5:11-22).

We believe that Christ will return at the end of the age (Rev. 22:7) and that the glory, goodness, and justice of God will set all things right, to which we say, “Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus, come!”
